Google's Q3 earnings beat estimates

Google's third-quarter profits and revenue exceeded the estimates of Wall Street analysts, with the search giant reporting a 26% increase in profit and a 37% jump in revenue. The company reported increased demand for mobile and display advertising, as well as strength in its core search business in emerging markets. The company also reported that its new social network Google+ has so far attracted 40 million users.
