Body-weight exercises are easy to do at home, experts say

Body-weight exercise, which does not require any specialized gym equipment, can provide a complete-body workout that focuses on natural movements such as squats, lunges and crawls, fitness experts say. Bret Contreras, author of "Bodyweight Strength Training Anatomy," says everyday items such as a table, couch or rafter can be used for basic exercises that anyone can do at their own fitness level.
