Travel agents should refrain from making assumptions on their clients' budget limitations on travel based on their outward appearance, writes Susan Schaefer, owner of Ships 'N' Trips Travel. "Do you judge your clients (books) by their covers? ... I think we all do to a degree. Avoid the trap, and share the possibilities," Schaefer writes.
