Foundation offers N.C. veterans flights in WWII Stearman biplane

The Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation recently offered flights to six veterans who live at the Taylor Glen retirement community in Concord, N.C., on a World War II Boeing Stearman biplane. "Our goal is to give dream flights to veterans with a focus on World War II vets, because they're a dwindling breed," said executive director Paul Bodenhamer. The group says it hopes to exceed 240 dream flights this year.
