Major tech companies support initiative to teach coding

Code.org wants to get 10 million students participating in the "Hour of Code" event during Computer Science Education Week. The nonprofit computer-education company has enlisted the support of companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook and Zynga. Company representatives will give lectures and participate in conference calls.
