Opinion: N.Y. county would benefit from expanded gambling

Business and union leaders say Monroe County, N.Y., would benefit from expanding gambling in the state. "While New York has 'racinos' -- limited electronic lottery games adjacent to horse racetracks -- and five Indian tribal casinos, we're the only major state in the Northeast without commercial casino gaming," write Heather C.
