Puzder: Affordable Care Act is bad for hiring

The Obama administration's assertion that the definition of full-time employees under the Affordable Care Act had no effect on the hiring practices of employers is not accurate, CKE Restaurants CEO Andrew Puzder writes. In fact, the health care law has had a negative effect on hiring, he writes. Puzder notes the passage of a "Forty Hours Is Full Time Act" bill, which would redefine full-time employees as those working 40 hours per week, "would encourage economic growth and job creation."
