Study considers technology proficiency in 19 countries

Sweden ranked at the top of an assessment of technology skills of young adults in 19 countries, while the U.S. finished last. The study, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, also found that students from different socioeconomic backgrounds have a high achievement gap when it comes to technology.
