WPP expands in China with digital-agency acquisition

WPP has purchased digital-ad agency IM2.0 to increase its offerings in China as operations push further into that growing economy. The purchase was made through VML, part of the Young & Rubicam network, and is part of WPP's estimated $640 million shopping spree for digital companies in emerging ad markets.
