Planning for Europe's tallest building in London moves ahead

Preliminary design of the London Bridge Tower is winding down and, if all goes as planned, the soaring building that will be Europe's tallest building could be built by 2009. The $540 million project, being developed by Sellar Property Group, will have 26 office levels, a 15-story hotel, and residential units from the 52nd to the 63rd floor, with an observation level on top.
