Pop-up, pop-under ads persist despite blocking software

Some determined companies are finding clever ways to get around pop-up blocking functions on Microsoft's Internet Explorer and other browsers. The Drudge Report, for instance, has developed a way to serve pop-under ads to Web surfers who use the Service Pack version of IE or Mozilla.org's Firefox browser if they click on a link.
