IFA Educational Foundation study reveals franchise loan performance

FRANdata conducted a study for the IFA Educational Foundation to determine how franchise loans fared in the U.S. Small Business Administration loan guaranty programs compared to non-franchised businesses. "One important aspect of this study was to compare defaults and charge-off rates by franchise businesses to non-franchise businesses in comparable industries," report IFA Educational Foundation Pres.
