PepsiCo announces $1.2 billion brand overhaul

PepsiCo Chairwoman and CEO Indra Nooyi said a major brand revamp will include "how they look, how they're packaged, how they will be merchandised on the shelves and how they connect with consumers." Omnicom Group's Arnell Group is working on new designs for package graphics and the Pepsi globe logo.
