Unruly primary-school student population grows

Research shows that more of London's primary-school students are exhibiting rude and even violent behaviour in school -- a trend some attribute to poor parenting and the support for mainstream education for students with disabilities. Classroom disruptions, outbursts and unruly students have added hours of work for teachers, the research shows, and some say this has a negative effect on schools.
