Foreign investors starting to eye falling U.S. property prices

As values for commercial real estate in the U.S. continue to slide, offshore investors are starting to get interested in returning to the market, based on data provided by Jones Lang LaSalle's International Capital Group in a presentation at the Munich Expo Real Show. One example of the developing trend is the decision by the China Investment Corp. to invest as much as $1 billion in distressed assets in the U.S., including real estate.
