Michelle Obama encourages healthy eating for youths

First lady Michelle Obama called the childhood obesity epidemic a public health threat during a talk at HHS and urged parents to promote healthy eating and exercise habits for their children. She said parents should add fruits and vegetables and cut back on sodas in children's diets, cook at home more often, and encourage children to be active.
