P&G promotes Whisper line with Web site

Procter & Gamble Co.'s plan to promote its Whisper line of sanitary products in Asia means easing past certain long-held cultural sensitivities. In Singapore, the marketer is using a participatory Web site dubbed "Happy It's Here!" to invite potential customers to talk openly about their menstrual cycles.
