Justice Department continues its anti-corruption campaign

The Justice Department is continuing to target potential violations of the Watergate-era Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, bringing about 30 criminal prosecutions in the past two years. The push has helped spark a global clampdown on bribery and corporate corruption, observers say. "I don't see any signs of them taking their foot off the gas," said one lawyer. "There's a lot of both continued interest and continued action."
