Travel sellers say cruise booking policy is unnecessary

Some travel agents are upset by a new booking and cancellation policy from Princess Cruises and Cunard Line. Bookings are canceled automatically if not paid in full by the final due date. Most agents already address the situation, and some are speaking out against the cruise lines' new policy. One agent called the move "crazy, time-consuming and stress-inducing," while others called it a "nonevent."
