Sleep apnea treatment may benefit men with hypertension

Continuous positive airway pressure therapy was associated with lower blood pressure levels among hypertensive men with sleep apnea, according to a study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine. "All types of patients may benefit from this treatment, even those with other chronic medical conditions," lead researcher Dr. Bharati Prasad said.
