UK research project offers STEM lessons for students, teachers

A study of illness-related school absences in the United Kingdom offers a model for learning in science, technology, engineering and math for both students and teachers,chemistry teacher Declan Fleming writes in this blog post. Fleming is working with epidemiologist Rob Aldridge on the project, which surveys schools through the project's website DecipherMyData, and has biology and math students analysing and reporting on the data.
