Group releases physical activity assessment guidelines

The American Heart Association has released guidelines stating that physical activity should be evaluated on a regular basis and that an appropriate method of assessment based on the primary outcome in a particular clinical scenario should be used. A decision matrix may help identify the best approach in evaluating physical activity, researchers wrote in Circulation.
