N.J. makes push for more community-college graduates

Only about 17% of New Jersey's community-college students stay long enough to earn an associate degree or certification. Higher-education leaders are seeking to raise that number. One strategy is the New Jersey Community College Completion Challenge, in which top students spread the word to their peers about the importance of completing their studies.
