Potential risks are highlighted by regulators' asset review

Intensifying competition among lenders is increasing risks within and outside the U.S. banking system, Fitch Ratings said. The warning was based upon an interagency review by financial regulators of complex loans often held by U.S. and foreign financial institutions.
