Qualcomm targets consumer market, minds

Qualcomm is shifting more than tripling its advertising budget as it aims to become a well-known consumer brand that powers the technology people love. Qualcomm's work includes blogs, native and video ads, Facebook campaigns, a smart watch and a partnership with Major League Baseball under new Chief Marketing Officer Anand Chandrasekher. Qualcomm is also working with its first corporate image agency, DDB.
