Report: Samsung to go 64-bit for processor in Galaxy S5

Samsung Electronics will turn out a 64-bit processor, the Exynos 6, for its next-generation Galaxy S5 smartphone, according to a report by the Digital Daily website. While Samsung uses a 28-nanometer process to fabricate Apple's new A7 64-bit processor, it reportedly will make the Exynos 6 chip with a 14nm process.
