Sequestration benefits small airports in Vt.

Changes in discretionary funding by the U.S. Department of Transportation have benefited small airports in Vermont, officials say. The DOT targeted projects that were set to begin, to get the money allocated quickly. "It's actually very good for Vermont because we had a lot of shovel-ready projects," said Guy Rouelle of the Vermont Agency of Transportation.
