Staples' e-commerce chief: Stores are key to omnichannel strategy

Faisal Masud's career included stints at Amazon and eBay when he signed on as e-commerce chief at Staples earlier this year. The office supply chain is the second-largest online retailer behind Amazon, but the brick-and-mortar stores remain a key part of the retailer's long-term omnichannel strategy, Masud said.
