Students cunningly circumvent restrictions on electronic gadgets

In the wake of relaxed rules concerning cell phones and pagers in New York City schools, educators say the increased presence of electronic devices has not interfered with classroom learning. Some students, however, report that their peers are using electronic gadgets for cheating and in-class text messaging.
