U.K. grocers urged to go eco-friendly

The National Consumer Council in the U.K. is urging chains such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and ASDA to increase efforts to cut plastic-bag use and boost recycling. The NCC also encouraged them to increase the amount of organic and locally sourced food.
