Analysts: Shoppers eye smaller gadgets for holidays

The slumping economy will discourage consumers from shopping for large high-end products, such as big-screen TVs and gaming consoles, this holiday season, according to tech analysts who say buyers will probably opt for more modestly priced gadgets. Noted the Envisioneering Group's Richard Doherty, "TVs are going to be the hardest hit. If it can't fit under your arm, you'll hold off."
