EU, South Korea reach agreement on free trade

Trade negotiators for the EU and South Korea said they initialed a free-trade agreement that would reduce import duties on industrial and agricultural goods. The EU estimated that the measure would generate as much as $28 billion in trade opportunities for European exporters. The agreement needs approval from the South Korean legislature and EU member states.
