Lili Smith, an activist who was disabled, dies at 15

Lili Rachel Smith, who had a congenital disorder called Apert's syndrome, died of natural causes Saturday at age 15. Smith, whose mother is a political fundraiser and whose father was a top member of Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign staff, was known in political circles for her energetic activism for social and political causes. In an e-mail, former President Bill Clinton said Smith "never let her own disability keep her from living her life and touching the lives of others."
