Beverages with functional claims and unusual ingredients are expected to continue growing in popularity, according to a Culinary Trend Mapping Report. Ingredients currently considered exotic, such as goji berry, mangosteen and açaí, will be overshadowed by a new wave of flavors including aronia and yumberry.
