ONC declares EHR accessibility challenge winners

Pinaxis has nabbed the $60,000 first prize in the ONC's EHR Accessibility Module Challenge for its Web-based portal called Apollo. The contest asked entrants to develop and examine an application or module that helps people with disabilities access health information saved in EHRs. The contest runners-up, Remedy Systems and RegisterPatient, got $5,000 each from the agency.
