Why Twitter is good for palliative care advocacy

Twitter is an advocacy tool for hospice and palliative care professionals to use to distribute important journal articles and other information, says Dr. Christian Sinclair (@CTSinclair on Twitter), a member of the board of directors of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (@AAHPM). He also uses it at meetings to take notes and says the way to get started using the social media tool is to first follow key professionals and watch how they share information.
