1st IDFA president leaves legacy of insight, industry growth

E. Linwood "Tip" Tipton, the first president and CEO of the IDFA, passed away on Saturday at the age of 78. He was known for his collaborative efforts and insights that led to industry growth during his four decades of service in the dairy industry. "He had a long-term view of where our industry needed to go and implemented many effective initiatives to help us get there," Kroger Vice President of Fresh Dairy and IDFA Chairman Mike Nosewicz said.
