Be friendly when communicating with customers

Friendliness is key when interacting with customers, even when those customers are hostile and appear ready for a fight, writes Michael Cauble, founder of Cauble Cosmetology and Cauble Communications. But don't overdo it. Keep things pleasant without seeming too personal and allow time for a solid relationship to develop, Cauble advises.
