Commentary: U.S. deserves credit rating downgrade

The U.S. should no longer have a triple-A credit rating, writes columnist Michael Casey. The threat of default is enough to undermine the world's faith in U.S. credit and should result in a downgrade, even if the U.S. doesn't actually fail to meet its obligations, Casey writes.
