Concordia Plan Services CEO sets tone for employee wellness

Concordia Plan Services president James Sanft said when he lost 45 pounds in a weight-loss challenge, he was surprised by the impact it had on his staff. He said it is important for the organization "to be walking the walk in terms of health and wellness" and for him to set the tone. CPS won the St. Louis Business Journal's Healthiest Employer competition for employers with 100 to 499 employees.
