Dr. Jacqueline Shan, co-founder of Afexa Life Sciences, has shifted her marketing focus from natural cold remedies to the growing needs of baby boomers as they age. Her new company, Afinix Life Sciences, is launching in its home base of Canada but may soon look abroad. "Dealing with an aging population and the need for related health products are global needs," Shan said.
