Hoteliers push for more wellness offerings amid rising demand

More hotel brands are introducing health- and wellness-focused amenities to their offerings to cater to an increasingly health-conscious traveling public. MGM Resorts International has converted 42 rooms at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas into "Stay Well" rooms, which offer air purification and water filtration systems, vitamin C shower infusion and light therapy. InterContinental Hotels Group developed Even Hotels, a brand dedicated to health and wellness that touts a healthy in-room experience for guests.
