How tech is removing learning barriers for students in a Wis. district

Technology is helping to remove barriers for students with learning disabilities in the Appleton Area School District in Wisconsin. Students have access to iPads with reading and math software that can help them move ahead in their assignments without teacher assistance. For example, an application on the iPad can help students if they get stuck while setting up math problems, Special-Education Director Brian Anderson said.
