Millennials more likely to use mobile in travel

A new and Egencia report indicates that 32% of people under 30 years old use smartphones and 20% use tablets to book travel arrangements. Those in the 18- to 30-year-old bracket are more likely to use mobile devices for travel than those 46 to 65 years old. "Business travelers are early adopters of technology—millennial travelers even faster—and all on the move from device-to-device, from online to offline and back again," said Rob Greyber, president of Egencia.
