Millennials more likely to use mobile in travel

A new and Egencia report indicates that 32% of people under 30 years old use smartphones and 20% use tablets to book travel arrangements. Those in the 18- to 30-year-old bracket are more likely to use mobile devices for travel than those 46 to 65 years old. "Business travelers are early adopters of technology -- millennial travelers even faster -- and all on the move from device-to-device, from online to offline and back again," said Rob Greyber, president of Egencia.
