Novotel seeks brand recognition through Times Square hotel

Novotel is counting on its flagship Novotel New York Times Square property to popularize the Novotel brand among globetrotting U.S. travelers. Americans account for 20% to 25% of guests at Novotol properties around the world, said Christine Ravanat, senior vice president of global marketing. Novotel is focusing its expansion on the Asia Pacific market, with 13 hotels planned for launch in the region this year.
