About 75% of community-college presidents reportedly are considering retirement within the next decade, and several higher-education groups are working on developing new leaders, Pima Community College Chancellor Lee Lambert notes in this blog post. "With the right recruitment, preparation and selection, the next wave of CEOs can guide community colleges to substantially improve students' access, completion and competitiveness in the job market," Lambert writes.
