Philippines earthquake causes buildings, roads to crumble, kills 144

A magnitude 7.2 earthquake hit the Philippines on Tuesday, destroying buildings, a hospital, roads and more. So far, 144 fatalities have been recorded, but more than 3 million people have been affected, according to reports. Power is out in many areas, and more than 800 aftershocks have occurred.
