Young adults are signing up for health insurance, states say

HHS will not release enrollment figures until November for federally run health insurance exchanges, but in states running their own exchanges, some officials say they have seen strong enrollment by people younger than 35. HHS has set a target of 7 million enrollees by the end of March, with young adults accounting for about 39% of that figure.
