Internet empowers bullies

Experts say the Internet has raised bullying to new heights by ensuring anonymity to tormenters and eliminating their need to be physically larger and braver than their victims. In New York, Long Island's Child Abuse Protection Services is holding antibullying classes to help elementary and middle-school students deal with the taunting and meanness.
